Following the latest govt guidance with regards to the current COVID19 situation all Routine appointments made to see a GP will be telephone appts from Monday 23rd March 2020. The GP will telephone you at the time of your appointment. Please do not come to the surgery unless you are specifically asked to attend by the GP after they have spoken to you. You can telephone the surgery to make an urgent appt at 8am or 1:30pm however please note the clinician will telephone you at the time of your urgent appointment you must not come in.
All patients that have face to face appointments are currently in the process of being contacted by the surgery. The only exception to this are any appointments with the nurse that cannot be dealt with on the telephone. Eg Blood tests, immunisations, injections, urgent dressings, ECG, suture removal etc to name a few.
Patients can request their medication via email, post or an exception will be made and requests will be taken over the telephone for patients that have no access to the internet. Our staff are here to help you and we will do our best to keep you safe over the next few months. In return we ask that you follow the guidance given.
On behalf of our team, I would like to thank you all for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time.
