Home Visits

Doctor's bag

Patients too ill to attend the surgery should telephone 02380 612032 to request a home visit. The receptionist may ask for your details so that the doctors can assess priorities.

We would ask that for home visits should be made before 10.30am unless the need for the visit arises after that time.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
